Returns & Right of Withdrawal

All information on returns, refunds, withdrawals and exchanges at a glance.

📦 Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition as when received
  • returned in its original packaging

🚫 Excluded Items

  • Intimate and hygiene items
  • Gift vouchers
  • certain health and personal care products

Please register every return first via our returns portal:

  • Your order number
  • Your email address
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

💰 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds can be granted:

  • Items with signs of use
  • opened books or office supplies
  • Items not in original condition
  • damaged items with missing parts
  • Returns after the 14-day period

💳 Refunds

Once your return has been checked, we will inform you by email within 48 hours.

The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Processing may take a few business days, depending on the payment provider.

🏷 Sale Items

Reduced or sale items can also be returned, provided the return conditions are met.

An exchange will only be made for defective or damaged items.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Returns within Germany are free of charge.
For international returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded, if any were incurred.

Returns without registration via the returns portal cannot be processed.

⏱ Exchange Duration

Processing an exchange can take 1–3 weeks.

Delivery time depends on the respective destination country.

📍 Shipping Note

If you are returning an item worth over €75, we recommend shipping with tracking or shipping insurance.

Without tracking, we unfortunately cannot guarantee receipt of the return.
