RETURNS ---- Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item should also be in its original packaging. Some items are completely non-returnable. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene products. Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned: gift cards, and some health and personal care products.

To complete your return, we require an invoice and order number. Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable) . Office and school supplies, including books with obvious signs of use, that have been opened, items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons beyond our control, and items returned after 14 days from delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email within 48 hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to post. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at info@amazingmall.de.

Sale items (if applicable) You will also receive a refund for sale items.

You generally do not have to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. After successfully registering your return in the returns portal , you will receive a return label via email within 24 hours after verification. Shipping costs for your order cannot be refunded if you have paid any. Returns sent without registration will not be refunded.

When exchanging, it takes (approx. 1-3 weeks) the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you, which may vary depending on the country in which you live.

If this happens, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs yourself. If you are shipping an item valued at more than €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
