To ensure that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible, we will process your order immediately after successful confirmation. For this reason, your order cannot be canceled or changed. The delivery address and delivery conditions cannot be changed subsequently. To avoid errors, check your information thoroughly before completing your order.

If your address has changed and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and the purchase amount will be refunded to you.Has your order or individual items been canceled unintentionally? In rare cases it may happen that an item is already sold out but is still shown as available in the shop. We are very sorry if our system fell asleep and your order was canceled. The purchase amount will be immediately credited to the payment method you used for your order.
Have you received a shipping confirmation and the shipment link has not shown any progress since then? Unfortunately, in some cases there may be delays in delivery due to the current high volume of packages. If the shipment status of your order has not changed after 48 hours, we would like to ask you to be patient for a few more days. Unfortunately, the delivery of your order may be delayed by a few working days. Our delivery partners do everything they can to get your order, which is already ready for shipping, to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is in delivery, the tracking will update automatically. At the same time, we will send you a package notification by email to inform you about the planned delivery time and to make the waiting time as pleasant as possible for you.
The subsequent crediting of vouchers is not possible. If you forget to redeem your voucher, you can use it on your next order, depending on its validity.
If your size or product is sold out and you would like to be informed when it is available again, select your desired size or product/variant on the product page and enter your email address in the box provided. You will receive an email from us as soon as the item is available again. Your request is valid as long as the item or product is available in the shop. Your request will only be deleted after it has been completely sold out. Unfortunately, we cannot make reliable statements about future availability. If no box appears for a product/variant, this means that it is a total sellout and is likely no longer available.
As soon as we have received the goods in our logistics center, we will first inform you in a confirmation email about the number of returned items and the refund amount.
We process every order promptly and initiate the corresponding repayment. The money will then be refunded using the same payment method you used to purchase.

The confirmation of receipt does not constitute a purchase contract. This simply documents that we have received your order. We reserve the right to accept your order; we are not obliged to conclude a contract based on your order.

Delivery/Shipping
Unfortunately, choosing a shipping provider is not possible.
Parcels within Germany are sent free of charge. Parcels sent abroad are sent via the cheapest and, above all, fastest shipping provider; the choice is made by the sender.
In the event of a return, you can only choose the shipping service provider DHL.

Yes – you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email after you have placed your order. Please note: You will also receive this confirmation of receipt if one of the items is currently not available. We will also inform you by email as soon as your goods have been handed over to the shipping partner and are on their way directly to you.
We do our best to ship orders within 24-36 hours. You will receive a notification for this.

Due to high volumes, delivery may take 1 to 3 weeks. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you an automatic shipping confirmation by email. Please check your email address before each order so that all notifications can be sent correctly.

Returns, refunds and complaints

Unfortunately this is not possible. In order to guarantee quick and problem-free returns processing, it is important that delivered packages are sent back to us separately. Yes you can.
Yes - you can also return underwear and swimwear. The items including the original label must be unworn. However, trying on the items is of course permitted.
For cosmetic products, the goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Seals must be intact.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to purchase.

The money will then be refunded using the same payment method you used to purchase - so it may take 8 to 10 business days from receiving our email until you see the refunded amount in your account.
Note on payment by invoice: You only pay for what you keep. If you have ordered by purchase on account and have not yet made any payment, you can simply deduct the corresponding amount of your return from the total invoice amount when making the transfer.
Please understand that we can only take back items with original labels and in unworn condition. Obvious residues such as make-up and lipstick stains or traces of odor, as well as opened seals and fuses, make the item unsaleable for us. If this is the case, we will send the affected item back to the customer and retain the purchase price as compensation.
