To ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible, it is processed immediately after successful confirmation. Therefore, subsequent changes or cancellations are unfortunately not possible.

The delivery address or shipping conditions also cannot be changed subsequently.

Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

You can return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.

Returns within Germany are free of charge.

International returns are at your own expense.

Unfortunately, retrospective crediting of vouchers is not possible.

However, you can use your voucher for your next order – provided it is still valid.

If an item is currently out of stock, you can sign up to be notified on the product page.

You will automatically receive an email as soon as the item is available again.

As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, you will receive a confirmation by email.

The refund will then be made via the original payment method.

Depending on the payment provider, it can take up to 8-10 working days for the amount to become visible.

The minimum order value is €1.

All currently available sizes and colors are displayed directly on the product page.

No – items in the shopping cart are unfortunately not automatically reserved.

For credit card payments, the amount is initially only reserved.

We endeavor to ship orders within 3-5 business days.

Due to high demand, delivery time can be between 1-3 weeks in individual cases.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.

Yes – Amazing Mall ships to many countries worldwide.

Unfortunately, shipping to the USA is currently not possible.

Tracking links sometimes take 24–48 hours for the first update.

Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Yes – unworn items can be returned within 14 days.

Yes – reduced items can also be returned.

Yes – provided the items are in unworn or unused original condition.

Items with clear signs of use, make-up stains, or opened seals cannot be refunded.
