Have you received a shipping confirmation, but the tracking link hasn't shown any progress since? Unfortunately, due to the current high volume of parcels, delivery delays may occur in some cases. If the status of your order hasn't changed after 48 hours, we ask you to be patient for a few more days. Unfortunately, the delivery of your order may be delayed by a few business days. Our delivery partners are doing everything they can to get your order, which is already ready for dispatch, to you as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is in transit, the tracking information will update automatically. At the same time, we will send you a parcel notification by email to inform you of the expected delivery time and to make the waiting time as pleasant as possible for you.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed retroactively. If you forget to redeem your voucher, you can still use it on your next order, depending on its validity.
If your size or product is sold out and you would like to be informed when it is available again, select your desired size or product/variant on the product page and enter your email address in the box provided. You will receive an email from us as soon as the item is available again. Your request is valid as long as the item or product is available in the shop. Your request will only be deleted once the item or product is completely sold out. Unfortunately, we cannot make reliable statements about future availability. If no box appears for a product/variant, this means that it is completely sold out and is probably no longer available.
As soon as we receive the goods in our logistics center, we will first inform you in a confirmation email about the number of returned items and the refund amount.
We process each order promptly and initiate the appropriate refund. The money will then be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

We will inform you about current availability via a stock display. As long as items, products, sizes, colors, variants, etc. are available, you can select them and add them to your shopping cart. As soon as an item is sold out, it will also appear as "Sold Out" on the product page. However, in isolated cases, a desired size/color combination may be displayed as available even though it is already out of stock.
Unfortunately, the items in your shopping cart cannot be reserved for you.
If your size or product is sold out and you would like to be notified when it's available again, select your desired size or product/variant on the product page and enter your email address in the provided box. You will receive an email from us as soon as the item is available again. Your request is valid as long as the item or product is available in the shop. Delivery / Shipping
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a shipping provider.
Parcels within Germany are shipped free of charge. Parcels sent abroad are sent via the cheapest and, above all, fastest shipping provider; the choice is made by the sender.
If you wish to return an item, you can only choose the shipping service provider DHL.

Yes – you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email after placing your order. Please note: You will also receive this confirmation of receipt if an item is currently out of stock. We will also notify you by email as soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping partner and is on its way to you.
We do our best to ship orders within 24-36 hours. You will receive a notification when this happens.

Returns, refunds and complaints

Returns from certain countries are only possible after you have contacted us in advance via email. Please follow the instructions here or send an email directly to info@amazingmall.de . We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. To ensure a quick and smooth returns process, it is important that delivered packages are returned to us separately. Yes - you can.
Yes – you can also return underwear and swimwear. The items must be unworn and include the original tags. However, you are of course allowed to try the items on.
For cosmetic products, the goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Seals must be intact.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

The money will then be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Therefore, it may take 8 to 10 business days from the date you receive our email until you see the refunded amount in your account.
Note for payment on account: You only pay for what you keep. If you ordered with purchase on account and haven't yet made a payment, you can simply deduct the corresponding amount of your return from the total invoice amount when transferring the money.
Please understand that we can only accept returns of items with the original tags and in unworn condition. Obvious residues such as makeup and lipstick stains or odor traces, as well as broken seals and security devices, make the item unsaleable. If this is the case, we will return the affected item to the customer and retain the purchase price as compensation.
